Rules

There is no particular order for the rules to join and stuff.

1. No Harry Potter Cannon Characters.
2. Don't give your character a name identical to another character's.
3. No badgering the GM (me: Sacred_Karcram).
4. You must use proper spelling and grammar in your app.
5. You MUST know how to RP, without the **'s
6. Serious relationships allowed.
7. Profanity is allowed (just don't abuse it).
8. No flamming others.
9. Be active!
10. Characters cannot be Mary-sues/Gary-stus.

How to RP

Since some people might not understand what I mean with I say RP without the **'s, here's a little guide in the rules section for you.

Now, what I mean by this is that I want solid and formal looking writing. That means the writing has to have minimal grammatical and spelling errors. Also, there is something called OOC and IC, which I will cover for you now.

OOC: Out of Character. Only used for rping. If it's in a discussion forum and you want to say something off topic use parenthesis or brackets. Also, when you use this, you must have something on topic or rping.

IC: In character. This is to be used when you use OOC in rping.

Now, here are two examples, one of what type of RPing I want and another of what I don't want.

What I don't want:

*walks out to the Academy grounds* ^_^ wow itis so nice here! i wonder if i can find some1 to talk 2..

You see? It has incorrect grammar and spelling! Also, it has the **'s! And not to mention the smilie. You will not need the smilie if you use the proper way of RPing.

What I do want to see:

A girl walked out to the academy grounds. She smiled broadly as she took a breath of fresh air.

"Wow, it's so nice here! I wonder if I can find someone to talk to," she muttered.

Personally, I want to see something longer than what I have right now. You see how much better it is? It looks a lot neater and it doesn't annoy anyone. Also, it has more detail and life than the one with the **'s.
