Silent Dragonet here (aka Selena). I just uploaded a banner as you can see. It's on both the forums and site, my Christmas present to NA. : ) Anyways, I also edited the 88x31 button because I didn't like how it turned out the first time. ^^; Umm... Anyways, that's it for now. Happy Holidays. :D

New Character and Player!
Wow, I didn't expect to update so soon, but I am anyway! First, I would like to welcome our newest player, Mari, into the RPG! She is the first in awhile so let's all give her a hand for her great work! She will be playing our outgoing and slightly ditzy Slimythings, Lucki Chambers! Yay! You can see the application results in you-know-where as well. ^_^
EDIT: I also added one extra link to the links out section. It is the White Ferret RPG, which I've been quite active in. I play Weissent Angeli, Snake Hanover, and Severus Snape over there.

Updating once more!
Well, it's been quite awhile. Anyway, I recieved an application from someone finally. It's being reviewed currently and I need to contact some moderators as well. I'm still short of teachers currently so please apply!
And yes, we are very much still alive. So keep sending those application and if you can't send them, there are alternate e-mails! And if e-mails don't work, just register on the forums and PM Sacred_Karcram.
So anyway, that's all I have to say right now. I'll try to update sooner next time!

It's around that time again!
Okay, so I finally am updating! So sorry for our new member who I have yet to announce!
Anyway...so yes...we do, in fact, have a new player! Her name's Kel and she will be playing another witty Crowingraves named Arial Shea! WELCOME! ^__^
Also, Vincent has offered another character for us--Bianca Starlet. That's right, we finally got our Astronomy Teacher!
Moreover, for those who are interested, would you guys mind advertising a little? I haven't recieved an application in awhile and I'm worried people don't know this is still alive.
Anyway, I'll be making another character as well and there might be new links coming up soon as well!

Well, we finally finished sorting our latest character. I would like to welcome Fraala into the fold! Yay! He's our new Dufflebaggies and he's going to be played by Lazlo. So let's thank Lazlo for giving us another character for Nightmare!

Yes, we're getting things done. XD I still need them staff although I know Vincent's going for Madam Starlet right now. I might do another one. And also, for all those interested in applying for staff: you do need to make lesson plans and such.
Also, I would like to welcome our newest member, Nomedcat and her wonderful Growlkittens character! *WAVES* ^_^ It's been awhile since we got a new member.
We also got two applications reviewed, but the second one is undergoing the tedious process of sorting. I didn't post the results up for the second one, but I do have two new results in the result page.

New Player and Slimythings Student!
Yep, we got a new player! ^_^ Her name's Trisha and she has brought us a very tricky little shapeshifting Slimythings, Trixi! Yay! Her application was accepted without a single word of doubt from the reviewers--actually, they had very little to say about it. XD Yes, it was that good.
Anyway, a teacher application is currently being reviewed. We are waiting on Selena to do her review.

Ashura has given us a fanboy student in Growlkittens so let's all thank her! Wow, she has quite a few characters now, doesn't she? XD

Busy day for real life and busy day for Nightmare.
Alas! I spent the whole day shopping and hunting for the last little things for school. And when I come home at 8 PST, BAM! I see all these posts and new stuff I have to update for Nightmare! The horror!
Anyway, Selena has graced us with our first 8th year who happens to be in Dufflebaggies! Yay!
And profiles have been updated so check them out!

Four applications fully reviewed and we have another teacher and student! Also! New member! :D
Four apps were reviewed. So we accepted 3/4 characters today!
Anyway, I would also like to thank Vincent for taking up the character of Zephyr Fanato, our flying teacher! ^_^ Vincent has now been promoted to Mod as well.
And due to his promotion, Selena and Ashura have been promoted to Administrators because those two help me do more than what a Moderator would do.
In addtion to the new teacher, Ashura has also provided another Crowingraves student for Nigthmare Academy! ^__^
And now, to introduce our newest member to you all, I would like to welcome: Lazlo! He will be playing our 4th year Dufflebaggies Sean McKree! yay!
Now, lastly, I edited the Application outline slightly, changing the description of the dislikes and least favorite subject so people won't get the wrong impression. Why all of a sudden? Because one of the applicants angrily e-mailed me earlier about the description issues.

One New Member; Two New Characters; Three Apps Reviewed...XD
Yep, we got a new member! I would like to give a warm welcome to our newest Nightmare addition: King! He plays our first zombie who happens to be a Dufflebaggies. But don't get scared off because of his looks, he's actually a good guy.
Also, we have another character, thanks to Sam. It's Yukio, our awesome new ninja Slimythings! YAY!

Yep, we have two applications reviewed. And you can see the results in the App Results page. Their final verdicts really should be a grade higher, but they were dropped on due to certain verdicts given by one of us. Anyway, not much other than that. Still in need for staff!

Welcome Mister Ted-ie! And more app reviews!
Yay! We have our lovable mutant Ted-ie bear! (Pardon the horrible joke.) Ashura has taken up this character that I thought no one would apply for (because he's so...inhumane). So let's shower her with our thanks and praises! ^_^ Also, the staff slots needs to be filled and we are still missing Dufflebaggies' head of house and as well as many teachers. So contact me so you guys can apply!

We have Miracledoomer! Also! App changes!
Yep, we finally have someone for Miracledoomer. Let's all thanks Selena for taking Madam Miracledoomer and for making our buttons and banners! ^_^
I changed some things about the applications for those applying. Also, you no longer have to ask me to play a Misc character, just apply for one. The application is below the student one.

Someone in the forums had just alerted me that some of you might be having trouble sending an application to my e-mail. Look at the FAQ of two alternate options.
EDIT:
We now have a new member to the RPG, Ashley with her cunning fox of a character, Ashura Lydon! She has been sorted into Slimythings and you can see the result of her application in well...the result page.
Also, Vincent Wolfgang's profile can now be viewed and the same goes for Headmistress Majika's and Master Vlad's. Just go to the respective profile pages.
Ashura's has been added as well.

New Slimythings Pupil!
Can you tell I'm happy? Well if you can't, you can probably tell that Master Vlad is at the least. Anyway, we now have a new student and his name is: Thomas Frank Jr.! He is also our first Slimythings student which I am happy about.
So anyway, if you non-rpers still haven't noticed, you can still join the Nightmare Forums, post and RP at the temp forums if you wish. However, the main RPG shant open yet like I have said before.

I've just noticed I had an application in my e-mail. I am so sorry Mike for not noticing it sooner, I was in a really horrible mood yesterday. Anyway, you can see the results in the application page.

New Application Recieved and Reviewed
I recieved another student application yesterday and have reviewed it. See the results Application Results. Also, I will be adding a new comment to the application form. Make sure you read it. It will be on the race section.
Also, for those who have been wanting to do an application for Master Vlad, EMAIL ME THIS WEEK OR HE WILL BE TAKEN. Master Vlad is a very central plot character and I will be very strict about him. If no one emails me this week about him, then I will play him.

New Member and Banner pending!
I would first like to welcome Nightmare Academy's new member: Fara! Yay! We have another student! Her character, Fara, has been sorted into DUFFLEBAGGIES!
And for those who don't want to be sorted into Dufflebaggies, here's a hint: Make your character less of a goody-goody type and more villainy. I look at the personality very carefully when I sort.
Also, my good friend Bloody Wind is currently drawing something for me that will end up being Nightmare's banner. However, I told him not to color it. If anyone can do a good coloring job with Photoshop and wants to color the drawing (once it's finished), contact me through AIM (lilazncarmen) or E-mail (yongjainyu@gmail.com).

I've just reviewed the second app I recieved. The outcome is in the reviews section. Also, I changed the formatting of the staff page. Another thing is Headmistress Majika's bio shall be posted later when I finish and figure out how to make a character shrine.
